The Haverhill Cultural Council is a part of the largest grassroots cultural funding network in the nation supporting thousands of community-based projects in the arts, humanities, and sciences annually. As volunteers, we are trained by our State agency, MA Cultural Council, that allocates a portion of their annual budget to us to administer through our local grant programs. In addition, we abide by municipal regulations and, hold monthly meetings on the third Wednesday of the month when we are in session.
